They say I’m stubborn. And they’re right.
25 years ago, before founding Shenzhen QBH Technology Development Co., Ltd. (QBH), I worked as an engineer in highly demanding technical environments where precision was never optional. I wasn’t building consumer gadgets — I was working on systems where even the smallest mistake could lead to mission failure. That kind of responsibility changes a person. It leaves you with a permanent intolerance for “good enough.”
When I founded QBH in 2000, I could have chosen the easy path. I could have focused on speed, lower costs, and average products. But I couldn’t put my name on a tool I wouldn’t personally trust.
So we chose the harder road.
For more than 20 years, we have built a manufacturing system centered on precision, consistency, and accountability. We didn’t simply follow industry standards — we studied the discipline behind German optical engineering and combined it with the efficiency and flexibility of Asian manufacturing. We built a factory driven not only by machines, but by principles.

I wasn’t working on commercial gadgets; I was engineering systems where a mistake meant a mission failure. That responsibility changes a person. It creates a permanent allergy to ‘good enough.’
When I founded QBH in 2000, I could have chosen the easy path. I could have made quick money with average products. But my old instinct kicked in. I couldn’t put my name on a tool I wouldn’t trust with my own life.
